In a move that could potentially spark some controversy, Teen Mom 2 star Amber Portwood is reportedly leaving the show after she was accused of domestic violence.
Portwood, 26, was accused last month of slapping and choking a woman during an argument and was placed on probation.
She was also accused of punching and kicking a man during an incident in August.
Portwood, who is dating ex-husband of her ex-boyfriend’s daughter, has not been charged.

A spokesperson for MTV declined to comment, but told PEOPLE in a statement that the show is a family drama and is intended to be entertaining and educational.”MTV is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all of our young people, and MTV will continue to work with law enforcement and the entertainment industry to ensure the safety and well-being of all our fans,” the statement read.
