10 things you didn’t know about the 2017 NBA All-Star Game

All-star teams are fun, but there are a few things you might not have known about this year’s festivities.

The league announced that the All-Stars will be seated on the court.

They’ll be seated with their teams instead of with the players.

The All-stars are going to be seated in the first round.

All-players will be awarded a statue in honor of their induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame.

The MVP will be determined by a tie between the two best players from each of the seven teams.

Each team will have five players in the starting lineup, and they’ll be joined by a reserve.

Each starting lineup will be played twice a week, on different days.

The starters will play at least 30 minutes each game, with no more than 35 minutes for the reserves.

The players will wear their uniforms during each game.

The starting lineup is divided into six halves, each of which will consist of seven players.

All seven starters will wear the same uniform.

The rosters will be announced the day after the first game.
